Payment request process

In order to request a payment, please follow the steps outline below:

  1. Log in to your Adcash account
  2. Go to Payment request under the Wallet section: 
  3. Select a payment method: 
  4. Once the payment is requested, it will be displayed in the following field with the approximate payment date:
  5. When the payment has been successfully transferred, you will be notified by email.

If, from the 1st to 10th day of the month, you are unable to request a payment, it means one of the following cases applies:

  • You have already requested a payment.
  • Your account balance has not reached the minimum payment threshold (€100) before the last day of the previous month.
