General payment information

When you request a payment, we will have up to 30 working days to validate your request and proceed with the payment via Bank wire, PayPal, Payoneer, Skrill or Webmoney.

You should request your payment every month between the 1st and the 10th, as long as your account balance has reached the minimum payout threshold of €100.

You will receive your validated earnings the following month, 30 days after your payment request.

Payment conditions

Payment must be requested between the 1st and the 10th of each month, providing the minimum threshold has been reached before last day of previous month.

Information about additional fees

We, typically, do not charge any fees when processing your transaction, however each payment provider may have their own service fees. Please contact them directly for more information.

Payment confirmation messages

When a payment has been processed you will be sent an email containing details of the transaction, including:

  • Invoice number
  • Payment request date
  • Payment method
  • Invoice amount
What happens if a payment is rejected?

If, for some reason, we are unable to process your payment, the funds will be returned to your wallet balance and you will be notified by email. Typically, this occurs due to payment information being entered incorrectly, however please feel free to contact us directly for further assistance.
