Banners not displaying

Incorrect ad code implementation.

One of the most common reasons for banners not being displayed is because they have not been added to the page source code correctly. You should first double check the ad zone code itself by logging into your account and clicking the Zones tab. You’ll then see a list of all your currently active campaigns and you can double check the code for each one by clicking the + symbol.

Because every web editor is different, we’re unable to offer specific instructions to implement Adcash ad code on your site. If you’re using a WYSIWYG HTML editor (like Dreamweaver or iWeb) we suggest that you refer to your product’s tech support team for help. If you’re using a CMS (like WordPress, Joomla or Drupal), many of these offer plugins to help you integrate ad code into your site. Once again, we recommend you check out the support page of your CMS provider.

Manual rotator zone with no campaigns added.

If you create a manual ad rotator and fail to include any campaigns no ads will be displayed. To make sure your manual rotator zone has campaigns assigned to it, login to your Adcash account, click Zones, then find the zone you need to check (look in the Zone Type column to find manual rotators if you have lots of zones to check through, they will be listed as Manual). Click on the + symbol to expand the information for the zone you want to check, then look under the Campaign list heading; if there are no campaigns listed here, you will need to add one or more in order for banners to be displayed. Simply click Edit and you will be guided through this process.

Capping reached or no campaign to display for your IP in your country.

If you specify a capping limit for a zone, once that limit has been reached no banner will be displayed. You can check if a capping limit has been applied to a zone by logging in to your account, clicking Zones, then find the zone you need to check on the list. Click the + symbol next to the zone you want to check to expand the information panel, then look for the Settings heading. If there is a number other than 0, then there is a capping limit in place on that zone.

Additionally, on occasion, we may not have any campaigns assigned to that city, country or region. In these, rare, instances, no banner ad will be displayed.
