Email / password change

Email change.

You can change the email and password for your account yourself by following the steps outlined below.

Firstly, login to your account, then select Account, then Account details. Further down the page, you will see Request e-mail change. Enter your new email address in the field provided and click the button.

Once the you submit your new email address, an activation email will be sent to your current address. Follow the instructions provided within that email to complete the email change process.

If for some reason you are having difficulty changing your account email or password (e.g.  you haven’t received your activation email), you should get in touch with us, either directly on [email protected] or via the contact page on this site.

 

 

Password change.

In order to change your account password, please log in to your Adcash account, select Account then Account details and go to the Change your password section.

Enter your current password, then type in the new one twice and click Save changes.
