How do I open a Publisher account?

If you would like to create an Adcash account and start monetizing your website or app, click here and complete the signup process.

Once you have submitted your website and/or app, our quality team will check it and ensure that it passes all of our standard requirements.

After you application has been approved, we will notify you via email.

Why has my website been refused?

We have a strict quality policy, and in the event of your submission failing to meet our quality standards, it will be rejected.

If you submission contains any of the following it will be rejected:

  • Fully or partly not working Site;
  • Site without content;
  • Pornography, adult or mature content;
  • Violent content;
  • Hate speech (including content that incites hatred or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity), harassment, bullying, or similar content that advocates harm against an individual or group;
  • Excessive profanity;
  • Hacking/cracking content;
  • Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content;
  • Content that promotes, sells, or advertises products obtained from endangered or threatened species;
  • Sales of illegal alcohol;
  • Sales of illegal tobacco or tobacco-related products;
  • Sales of illegal prescription drugs;
  • Sales of illegal weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns);
  • Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites or reading emails;
  • Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others;

Additionally, any site may not be loaded by software that:

  • Triggers pop-ups automatically;
  • Modifies browser settings;
  • Redirects users to unwanted websites;
  • Otherwise interferes with normal site navigation.

How do I activate my account?

When you register with Adcash, we will send an email to the address you provided to confirm you account application.

When you receive your account activation email, please click the activation link it contains.

If this email does not arrive, please check your spam / junk mail folder. If, after 1 hour, your email has not arrived, please contact us, either via email or through the support page.

When will I get paid?

Provided your wallet balance has reached the minimum €100 threshold before the end of the previous you month, your commission payment will be submitted for approval. Once approved, commissions are paid on a  NET + 30 basis, meaning payments will be made around the beginning of the following month.

You can check your approximate payment date by logging into your account and selecting Payment request from the Wallet menu.

How do I block unwanted ads?

If you want to block a certain campaign theme from your site(s), you can do so within the account management page.

From here you can block campaigns with the following themes:

  • Dating
  • Seduction
  • Download
  • Mobile services

What is "Capping"?

Capping, also called frequency capping, is a setting that allows you to limit the number of times a user will see an ad within a given period of time.

To set up Capping from your account, go to the Zones tab and click on the + symbol to expand the information panel for that zone. You will then be able to set up capping.

How can I change my email?

You can change the email associated with your Adcash account by following these steps:

  1. Login to your Adcash account.
  2. Select Account
  3. Then, Account details
  4. Then click the Request email change button

For security purposes, a confirmation email will first be sent to your current address, containing an activation link. Click that link and you will be guided through the email change process. If, for any reason, you require assistance changing your account email, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I add another website / app?

If you are an existing Publisher and would like to add another website / app, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Adcash account
  2. Select Sites
  3. Add a website URL

The process for adding a new app is very similar:

  1. Login to your Adcash account
  2. Select Apps
  3. Add your App

NB. Please ensure that you include a relevant URL.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  1.  Go to www.adcash.com and click Sign in.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your Adcash ID or the email address linked to your account and click Request New Password.
  4. You will receive an email with a password reset link. Click this link and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
