Incorrect ad code implementation.
One of the most common reasons for banners not being displayed is because they have not been added to the page source code correctly. You should first double check the ad zone code itself by logging into your account and clicking the Zones tab. You’ll then see a list of all your currently active campaigns and you can double check the code for each one by clicking the + symbol.
Because every web editor is different, we’re unable to offer specific instructions to implement Adcash ad code on your site. If you’re using a WYSIWYG HTML editor (like Dreamweaver or iWeb) we suggest that you refer to your product’s tech support team for help. If you’re using a CMS (like WordPress, Joomla or Drupal), many of these offer plugins to help you integrate ad code into your site. Once again, we recommend you check out the support page of your CMS provider.
Zone capping limit reached.
If you specify a capping limit for a zone, once that limit has been reached no banner will be displayed. You can check if a capping limit has been applied to a zone by logging in to your account, clicking Zones, then find the zone you need to check on the list. Click the + symbol next to the zone you want to check to expand the information panel, then look for the Settings heading. If there is a number other than 0, then there is a capping limit in place for that zone.
Daily cap reached for IP location.
In this instance, all campaigns available for your IP on that day have been displayed. This will be reset after 00:00 and site under ads will start to be displayed again.
Browser issue. Site under not supported by browser.
We try and guarantee our ads function in as many different browsers as possible, however, especially in the case of older web browsers, we cannot guarantee 100% support. If you identify an issue where browser support appears to be the cause, please contact our support team on [email protected].
