You have successfully set up your automatic payments (if not, then see the step-by-step guidelines here), but you might want to edit the settings to best suit your needs. Don’t worry, it’s super easy!
Editing automatic payment settings is possible once a successful Card Payment has been completed. To edit settings, go to the Finance tab and click on Payments. On the right you should be seeing the automatic payment box and if the feature is enabled or disabled. Click on Edit.
In this view you can see a selection of settings that can be modified, starting from the status of the automatic payments.
Set payment Amount: Specify how much money will be deducted per one transaction
Minimum – According to Payment gateway limits for advertiser
Maximum – According to Payment gateway limits for advertiser
Set Weekly limit: Specify the maximum amount to be automatically added per week. Please note that 10 000 is set as default.
Change “Balance threshold” setting: Specify after which wallet balance the system should try to make the automatic payment. Please note that 25 is set as default.
Change “Payment failure action” setting: how soon after failed transaction should the system try again. Please note that 3 days is set as default.
