You can find Request Reports under Reports in the sidebar menu.
This feature allows you to generate a single downloadable report or set up the system to receive reports on a regular basis.
How to use it
The following settings are available:
- Recipient email - by default, your primary account email is pre-selected. If you need to change the email for your account, please check out this article.
- Please add one email per report
- One time report
- Report type:
- Report format:
Please note, it might take up to 30 minutes to generate your one-time report.
Editing current subscriptions
The list of your report subscriptions is displayed below a Request Reports form. It provides a handy overview of your subscriptions, their type, status and whether a recipient is different from your primary account email.
If you have any active subscriptions, you can pause, edit or delete them using the actions button.
