Adding funds to your wallet
To add funds to your wallet, either click the wallet icon in the top menu bar or click Payments under the Finance topic in the sidebar menu and then select "Add Funds". If you have not previously entered your contact/billing details, you will be first prompted to do so.
The following payment options are available for depositing money to your Wallet:
- Credit card (MasterCard and Visa)
- Bank transfer
Each payment method supports EUR & USD, however, you can only add funds to your account using the currency you selected during the account creation process. Once you have chosen your account currency we are unable to change it.
If you select credit card, PayPal, WebMoney or Skrill, enter the amount of money you would like to add to your wallet then click Proceed to Make Payment. You will then be redirected to the relevant gateway which will confirm and process your payment.
IMPORTANT: PayPal payments can only be accepted from verified PayPal accounts.
Once the payment has been processed successfully (minus any applicable fees and taxes), you will be redirected to the Adcash landing page, which will display a transaction summary.
If you select bank transfer, you will be provided with the Adcash bank details, along with a reference number. Please ensure that you include that reference number with your payment in the payment description field (if you’re unsure how to do this, please contact your bank). Bank transfer payments will ordinarily take 3 business days to be processed.
If you need a pro forma invoice, you can click the link in the platform and a PDF pro forma will be created for you.
Please note: If you don’t include the reference number in the payment description field your payment will be delayed.
Once the first payment has been done, it can be accomplished through "Add funds" button on the right side.
