A payment request may be rejected for a variety of reasons and in most cases the payment amount will be returned to your account in full. Some of the more common reasons for payment rejection include:
- Incorrect payment data
- Invalid account
- Incorrect personal information
Should a payment be rejected for the reasons outlined above, you will receive an email notification containing details of the rejected transaction.
In some cases, a payment may be rejected by a payment provider. In this instance, once the funds have been returned by the payment provider, we will restore your balance. In certain situations we may levy a processing fee; this will be shown as a manual balance adjustment and you will be notified by email.
