Rejected payments

A payment request may be rejected for various reasons, and in most cases, the payment amount will be returned to your account in full.

Some of the common reasons for payment rejection include:

  • Incorrect payment data
  • Invalid account
  • Incorrect personal information

If the payment is rejected for the above reasons, you will receive an email notification containing details of the declined transaction.

In some cases, the payment may be rejected by a payment provider. In this instance, once the payment provider returns the funds, we will restore your balance.

In certain situations, we may levy a processing fee; this will be shown as a manual balance adjustment, and you will be notified by email.
