Payment request process
In order to request a payment, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Log in to your Adcash account;
2. Go to Payment request under the Wallet section:
3. Select a payment method:
4. Once the payment is requested, it will be displayed in the following field with an approximate payment date:
When the payment has been successfully transferred, you will be notified by email.
If you are unable to request a payment during the first 10 days of the month, it means one of the following cases applies:
- You have already requested a payment.
- Your account balance has not reached the minimum payment threshold (25 EUR/USD) before the last day of the previous month.
This feature allows you to automatically request a payment. Once auto-billing has been enabled, the system will automatically generate the payment request on the 3rd day of each month using the payment details you have provided.
Here are 4 easy steps to activate auto-billing:
1. Go to your Adcash account and click on Wallet and Payment request;
2. Click on Activate auto-billing and select the payment method you wish to use for it:
3. Once you have filled in the details, click Request auto-billing:
4. You're almost done! Make sure you click on the activation link that is being sent to your account email in order to confirm your actions:
