Dynamic Pricing Feature

The Dynamic Pricing Feature is the CPM Bidding option which allows you to select 3 bids per country/region. 

3 bids per country 

This option allows you to place one bid for each of the three quality tiers. This, in turn, will allow multiple opportunities for strategic optimization, all in a single campaign. 

To place your bids, from the "Budget" step of campaign creation, select CPM as a bid type > define bids per country and quality tier. 

Why does the "3 bids per country" option work effectively?

Usually, when setting a CPM bid for a specific country, you automatically pay the same price for traffic, regardless of the quality you get back—for example, a flat CPM bid. However, a "one size fits all" approach to traffic no longer works. Paying higher amounts than the actual performance of the traffic you're receiving is unfair.

In this regard, our new dynamic pricing feature – Quality Tiers, is a great way to reduce these costs. 

What are the Adcash Quality Tiers?

Using data from the last seven days and performing new and dynamic updates every 24 hours, we analyze the performance of each traffic segment in great detail. The real traffic performance is then segmented into three categories: Quality Tier 1, 2, and 3.

Each CPM bid is different according to the tier you bid on. 

Quality Tier 1

This tier consists of the absolute best-performing traffic segments that can be sourced. They are filtered and refined to produce consistently high conversion rates and ROI from campaign to campaign.  

Since this segment has been pre-filtered, prices are higher, and the traffic volumes are lower than in Quality Tier 2 or 3.

Still, the ultimate upside is that this tier produces the richest traffic sources and directly aligns you with your consumer base. 

Quality Tier 2

This is the middle ground and, arguably, the best of both worlds. The traffic segments in this tier are still converting well, but a little less so than Quality Tier 1.

However, you can still get effective results and a good ROI at a competitive purchase price. The traffic volume is higher than the top tier range, but it comes in at a more than reasonable price on the same account.

Quality Tier 3

The traffic volumes are high here, and in turn, the conversion rates are lower. However, the bidding price is as low as it gets. Play your cards right, have a good idea of what you're looking to get out, and this tier has the potential to convert just like the others. Some guesswork may be involved, but it's worth the extra research.
