Publisher loyalty program conditions

Program visibility and start date
Regardless of progress, the loyalty program becomes visible to all publishers from day one. This inclusive approach aims to encourage participation and engagement right from the start.
Program levels and rewards
Our loyalty program consists of four distinctive levels with rewards:
- Starter: 0 days (No level earned)
- Plus: 0 to 30 days (NET+15 without charges)
- Premium: 0 to 70 days (NET+7 without charges)
- Elite: 0 to 265 days of continuous activity (NET+1 without charges).
Daily activity threshold
Each level has its own daily activity threshold (without skipping) :
- Starter: 1 EUR/USD per day
- Plus: 3 EUR/USD per day
- Premium: 5 EUR/USD per day
- Elite: 5 EUR/USD per day
Activity conditions
There are three activity conditions to take into account:
- Skipping: When a publisher is active but earned less than the required amount.
- Pause Days: When a publisher is not active (no wallet actions on the previous day).
- Counted Days: When a publisher is active and earned the required minimum daily activity threshold.
To ensure fairness and encourage consistent progress, the loyalty program incorporates level protection and downgrade features:
Level Protection
- The level cannot be lost if customers have Skip or Counted Days in the past seven days.
- In case of a Pause Day on the current level, the progress will be set to zero, considering the level downgrade logic.
Level Downgrade
- If a Pause Day occurs, progress will be downgraded to the previous earned level, and the protection period will reset.
- If there are no earnings during the protection period, the publisher will be downgraded to the previous level but not lower than Starter.
Restrictions
Publishers with special payment agreements with Adcash do NOT participate in this program (including RTB exchanges).
History of progress
The system will maintain a detailed history of a publisher's progress. This historical data will offer insights into a publisher's engagement and loyalty over time, aiding in a more personalized and rewarding experience.
Auto-billing rules
Rules remain unchanged. Please take a look at how to enable auto-billing.
The earned reward level will not automatically change your auto-billing setting. However, the system will request payment with the fastest available payment date.
If the auto-billing setting payment term is faster than the earned reward, the auto-billing setting will be used.
For example:
- If you have a NET+30 setting for auto-billing and your earned loyalty program level is NET+15, then auto-billing will request the payment with the NET+15 condition as it is higher. No payment request discount will be deducted, as you earned this reward in the loyalty program.
- If you have a NET+1 setting for auto-billing and your earned loyalty program level is NET+15, auto-billing will request the payment with the NET+1 condition as it is higher. A 10% payment request discount will be deducted (see the Payment terms article for more information).
Adcash reserves the right to change the loyalty program terms and the list of participants at any moment without prior notice.
